Hey)是微软研究院学术合作部副总裁,负责微软公司的全球外部合作研究和技术计算战略。他是英国皇家工程院院士,也是英国物理学会(IOP)、英国计算机学会(BCS)、国际工程技术学会(IET)和国际计算机学会(ACM)的杰出会士。
